Celebrating Our Expertise

After rounding Bend 4 in our informational writing units of study, we had a chance to reflect back on what we know about informational writing.  Today, Mrs. Morris and Mrs. Metzger's 2nd grade class came to our room to listen to us teach about everything we now know about writing informational pieces.  Now that we have wrapped up and celebrated this unit, we are moving on to learn how to write fairy tale adaptations!

    What a great idea! The 3rd graders shared their knowledge AND modeled the writing expectations for the rising 3rd graders! Lourdes :)
